Possibly the worst garage I've delt with, still waiting on an important call back after 3 days, after ringing everyday, after waiting forever for someone to actually answer the phone! The car we bought is great, can't fault that but after care customer service is extremely poor! Not great 1st impressions

From the moment me and my boyfriend walked in we were greeted by the lovely Amy who showed key knowledge on the two cars we were interested in. As tourists to Newcastle too she mentioned a lovely place for tea. Outstanding customer service going above and beyond

Amazing from start to finish. Communication was great from the time I ordered my vehicle to the handover. I felt like nothing was too much trouble. Emma couldnt do anymore to make my experience , pleasurable and stressfree. Hand over was a very relaxing experience, the lady at the front desk showed me to a a nice waiting area where I was offered refreshments , and then was promptly met by Emma , we chatted while the paperwork was been completed , and then taken to my new vehicle . Really couldnt have asked for any more , Absolute pleasure to do business with, would highly recommend 5*+
