The entire process of choosing them as a provider to installation and after care has been really smooth as transition and very convenient. They lived up to their standards of quality assurance and services. Very thoroughly in briefing technicalities to us. Prospectively, looking forward to having them as our suppliers long term. Not great support. Could/would not send me a copy of the contract. Added non agreed costs to termination costs. Overall not great.

We are using Bluebell services (internet and phones) for two years now and I cannot say something bad about them. Internet connection super stabile we never had a drop and the VoIP service is super good. Really happy with the support team, they help us even if the problem was not from them. I highly recomand the services from BlueBell

Was experiencing technical issues with my connection. Called up spoke to a nice gentleman Joe who passed me over to Nina in customer support! Resolved quickly and was super helpful.
