Order took about 2hrs to arrive (x2 cigarette packets + 1 box cookies) contacted the Grocery Shop more than 8 times but the call wasn't being picked up unless it was Uber Support contacting them on the same number. Had to contact Customer Service x2 and in general were very unhelpful (app is not showing all Customer Support things which Customer Service is referring to, etc). To add, the 1st contact got through to the shop and they told her it was on the way which should have been around 20mins (confirmed around 00:45 I think so ETA 1am) but actually came at 1:45am. No update, no apologies, nothing. Plus their delivery fee is so high I don't think it reflects their service and is therefore ridiculous to pay. Really unhappy customers and we will not be using Uber Eats or this shop again.
