Attentive service, but really pedestrian food. Way overpriced and just not worth it. Pizza is comparable to tescos. Avoid.

SW19 Italian is a food establishment that provides Italian and Brazilian food for the Green Room cocktail bar. Great atmosphere, comfortable seating and exceptionally friendly staff makes every visit feel special. Nukky and Nayane are always ready to do their best for the customers and will go out of their way to accommodate requests. Its such a delightful family run business which enriches our community and creates a nice stop over whether you want an aperitif on your way home or a dinner with friends.

I had my sons 8th birthday party here and regularly visit for great pizza and cocktails. The staff are great and always go the extra mile to accommodate and to recommend food and drink options. Nukky always makes us feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble for her. The location is great as is the live music. Highly recommended! Kid-friendliness: Great for kids parties, the staff are super friendly and accommodating.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID!! Having visited this awful establishment yesterday for my daughters 5th Birthday party i am beyond appalled at attitude of the staff of this place. If I could leave a lower review I would. The venue is dirty and had 8 leaks in the ceiling and a really bad odour but the attitude of the staff was the foulest of all. Nowhere in the world have I ever encountered a more aggressive and less customer friendly approach. A woman known to me only as Nukky proceeded to publicly shout and was verbally abusive to me in front of our guest and my young daughter as she was dissatisfied with the amount of money we had spent there. despite repeated attempts to reason with this person - she would not stop shouting, to the point where i had to insist she leave us alone so we could pack up and leave. We were never given a menu or approached by any waitering staff and had no idea they even served food there. It would appear its only a bar. It is without a doubt the worst establishment i have ever visited in more than 15 years in London. Her approach was rude and obnoxious and completely inappropriate, which resulted in my daughter becoming very distressed and crying all the way home with her birth saying her birthday was ruined. we will never go back and will ensure friends are warned as well.
