Very helpful agents, smooth and easy moving in process, very efficient management of property using an app and sending prompt communication and reacting fast to any requests. Especially, would like to mention George who has been very supportive and kind. Highly recommended.

        Terrible experience having traveled from Birmingham to view a property in Croydon. I agreed I would like to take the room and explained which day I could move in. I was then told 2 weeks later it was now taken. Disgusting communication and inhumane treatment. Typical agency.
