Cant recommend this local agent highly enough given its exceptional and personal service. Over the 15 years of owning a property in Colliers Wood with a number of lettings & managing agents, Samuel Estates have provided the gold standard in service. Their property management division has impressed me with (but not limited to) detailed assessments of works required, sensible consideration of cost, regular updates and on-site checks, and a clear mission to provide the best outcome for landlords. Here Id mention Jade Moeller in particular. The Lettings department has also been extremely thorough and effective in ensuring that quality tenants are found, providing sound advice and market insights. It feels like a genuine partnership rather than a rush to get tenants in, in order to start earning commission fees. Nothing beats a local agent with a local focus - moving my property to their care has been the best decision Ive made as a landlord.
