Out of 4 building companies we selected Home Shape Ltd due to their long track record, competetive and very detailed quote and very positive communication from the beginning. They prepared the plan, dealt with the local authority, Thames Water and all suppliers. The project involved side return extension, 1st floor extension and the front porch. Project manager and the site foreman were proactive and responsive. Builders polite and hardworking. We had some minor issues like with any building project but all was sorted. We completed 2 similar projects in the past and this one was the smoothest of them all. They really try to stick to their schedule to finish on time and meet our requirements. We think this will be out last major project, but if by any chance we move again, then I will 100% give them a call.

We are very happy with Home Shape ltd. They were professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in their craft. The construction process was smooth and efficient .The end result was a beautiful extension that seamlessly blends with the rest of my home. I highly recommend and will use them again for any other major project.

We are very happy with the work. They said it will take 10 weeks and in fact it took them 9 weeks. Our new loft looks fantastic. Entire project didnt affect our living standard and the most disturbing part was stair installation but was done very quickly. They were very clear with us about the work and project manager was explaining to me everything in details so I have quite a good knowledge about lofts and building regulations now. We already recommended them to our neighbours and they started their extension now. Thumbs up!

They converted my basement into habitable area ( 2x bedrooms and 1x bathroom). Very professional project management yet simple and clear. All boxed ticked.
