Stephen and Clare were extremely helpful in getting our flat ready to let. We live overseas so they arranged videocalls with us. Stephen worked hard to get it let. And Debbie comes highly recommended to manage it now the tenants are in. We were hesitant at first, having had bad experiences with agents before, but so far it's been great service from the lettings team. So important to have good communication when you live far away.

SW19 were absolutely brilliant. I set out a fairly steep challenge of selling my house in 2 weeks and we got it under offer in around 10 days before going live online. I cant fault any of the team from Andy, Rita, Stephen and Michelle they were all brilliant. If you want an estate agent who knows the area and the buyers to match then don't waste your time with some of the larger chains go with SW19 and they wont let you down.

I would highly recommend SW19 Estate Agents and Stephen McGlynn in particular. They were fantastic from start to finish in finding a new tenant for my property, everything was clear and transparent from the outset and they were incredibly efficient. I would not go anywhere else!
