        If I could give the team here 10 stars I would. 02 have decided to migrate tel numbers to a new system without updating any of the stores software to deal with this. I needed a new phone desperately with all my details transferred etc, Josh and Sen were not deterred. They figured out a workaround ( how sen did this I dont know) and got everything done. They were kind efficient and extremely knowledgable I really cant thank them enough for all they did

        Although I did not purchase a phone, josh was very helpful and polite and I will be definitely coming back in the future when I am ready to get a new phone. O2 needs more people like josh, bravo!
