Woeful customer service. Ordered some wallpaper from them in February and still dont have it (4months later). No emails or calls to update us. Offered us a 25% discount / refund but have not received a thing.

After ordering a set of doors for our home we received a confirmation email and then no correspondence. After 3 weeks we emailed and called several times. Emails were ignored, when we did get through we were told someone would call us back with an update, or they were scheduled for delivery next week, however no update and no delivery. After 8 weeks we had to cancel our order.

They are very friendly and helpful!!! We visited for tiles and floors and internal doors. They have lots of choices and options available. Staff are helping to choose right materiel for our house. And tiles quality is great !

The team at Style Ideas Direct have been brilliant. They gave me great advice when it came to choosing which type of flooring to go with and were on hand throughout the process from ordering to delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. Stuart in particular was really helpful when I needed to order some extra boxes of flooring, and went above and beyond to get them delivered to me as quickly as possible. Really happy with how the floor looks!

Additional information: following my poor review on Saturday I received a call from a manager who apologised for the poor communication and took responsibility for it. He explained in full detail why our flooring was delayed which I was really appreciative of. He said that they wanted to make it right so they refunded us some money and said that they would be looking into why the communication was so poor. So I'm much happier with the outcome! Absolutely awful communication from this company, would not recommend. We ordered our amtico flooring back in Nov 2022 and were told it would be with us before Christmas. We eventually got our flooring mid Feb 2023 but we had to continually chase the company for answers about where our flooring was. They always had an excuse and said it was delayed for another 2 or 3 weeks each time we called them but had no answers for us. We also tried emailing as that was what it said to do on the website and did not once get any response by email. I wish we had looked into the company more before buying as the reviews online say similar. Bad communication and delays.
