        Ive gone to the surgery for quite a few years and Ive never had any complaints. Until today when Ive just spoken with quite frankly a ready rude and patronising receptionist called Rene. I dont really understand why she responded the way she did as was only calling to ask a simple question

        The worst service ever. I have tried to make an appointment for two days on the phone. Today, I called in the morning and the receptionist said I would have to call from 3pm to get an appointment I called at 3pm and waited for more than 30min on the line and when it was my turn they said that they didnt have more appointments .Rude Attitude from receptionist. Don't care about patients. Doctors and nurses were great. But Worst receptionist ever . .

        Worst patient service ever , get rid of this surgery and their staff they are rude and useless, specially the receptionists . The service was much better at Lavender fields , we need to start a petition to close this surgery, by the feedback and reviews that I have read here , surely the Merton Council cannot ignore this now . Its negligence.
