Quick service, was in and out in less than 5 minutes (including ordering on the machine). Prasanth was very kind and efficient in dealing with my order, great customer service.

If you order online I suggest delivery. Staff rude and clearly not able to comprehend basic English. There is no organisation and absolute chaos over there. They have 2 queues and only one being served. When question the young woman simply couldnt understand the basic concept - like 1+1 = 2. Wont be collection there again.

I had a slight problem with a laptop I purchased on 3/1/23. I dealt with the manager, Rosemarie, who was superb in her attitude and understanding. The problem was resolved very quickly and to my satisfaction. Argos is very fortunate to have someone of this caliber working for them, but they probably already know this.
