Merton Hand Car Wash

Brilliant clean of my very dirty car. However, word of warning - the car wash opens from 9am on a Sunday however the car park is not technically open and so I just received a penalty notice for being in the car park to have my car cleaned.

My car is 20 years old, has not been cleaned in at least 5 years, and usually hosts my children 2 and 4, alternately eating and projectile vomiting, (the worst instance of which can only be described as a flood). Given this condition I think 90 was a reasonable price (their normal Platinum service is 50). Also I think it was quite reasonable that it took them a few hours to complete the job and dry out the car. What was exceptional was the standard of the clean. I could not see my car when I went to pick it up, and was initially confused when the manager took me to what appeared to be a brand new sparkling red car. When he opened the door the interior also looked brand new, and I forgot again this was actually my car. It also smells very clean and I am hoping there will be less vomiting in future as a result.
