        We are due to receive some stuctural engineering calculations from MAC Architecture and after we paid we received no updates. We have been trying to get in contact with the architect but none of our emails and phone calls are getting answered. After sending an email and mentioning I was very frustrated with the lack of communication, I tried calling once more and all my calls are now going straight to voicemails. This is very unprofessional and is delaying our builders.

        Please stay away from these fraudsters. They are known for taking money for projects and running away without completing the job. Please read reviews from other clients on Yell and Bark who have had same pungent experience with them. This is a Micky mouse company with no trade knowledge. They submitted incorrect application drawings to start with. I made numerous phone calls and sent e-mails and after a month they corrected their mistake. Application was rejected by council due to incorrect proposal made by them that was outside permitted policy. I again chased them and received no call backs and responses to my e-mails. After so many requests, they charged me additional money to submit correct proposal but never did. Such an awful and traumatic experience. I have reported them to watch dog. I have all the correspondence to prove this feedback. All the best if you get influenced by their fancy website and fake positive reviews that they have got added on sites. I wish I could give them 0 stars that they actually deserve !!

        Ive had my side extension plans done by them and I just couldnt be happier with the results. Im amazed by their working ethics and how quickly they got the drawings for me. Im happy with the design too. I can definitely recommend them to anyone.
