We had an excellent experience buying our first Skoda from StartinSkoda, from the first contact through online chat, to a prompt call back from Alex Webb. Alex answered all my questions in a professional and friendly fashion, enabled me to reserve the car of my choice until we could visit, with no pressure to buy. We were travelling from London by train and he organised a driver to meet us off the train, offered refreshments and talked us through the car's features. The test drive was a joy and thoughtfully done, given that I had not driven a Skoda before and indeed, not driven an unfamiliar car for 25 years. Alex made us feel at home with the controls and handling. and we felt all was managed in an honest, upfront way. The followup contact from Alex has been good, ensuring that we are happy with our purchase. The additional gift of a pot of daisies for our garden was a lovely extra touch! We have enjoyed driving the car for five days now in all conditions and would commend this dealership in general and Alex in particular, for absolutely outstanding service.
