Gipsy Hill Cabs Airport Transfers

We booked a taxi early morning to make sure we got to the airport on time. They did not call to confirm, claimed we hadn't booked. Led to very stressful last minute journey using Bolt. Can understand why taxi companies are losing work now. 1/5 Service: Limousines

Always busy and always dont have cabs

The cab driver seemed to have difficulty in finding my house number even though I was standing out by the road side. The driver then try to charge me 8 extra than what I was quoted on the phone. Had to call back the office whilst I was in the cab. The driver than complained that his shift was over and that the guys in the office begged him to do the trip. He made it perfectly clear he was not happy about doing the trip. He was very rude and insensitive. In all my years of using cab/ taxi services this has been the worse by far. I would never use them again, especially in an emergency, as this was. If I could I would rate the --10
