Paxton Green Group Practice

I do not know what is going on with this doctors surgery but lately every time I go to the surgery and the chemist Ieave in a fowel mood. On Monday I had an appointment with nurse Louise, usually a very efficient and kind soul. As we are always getting messages about missing appointments and being late. I was 10 mins early, I waited until the appointed time I knocked on her door and was told that I was early. I went back and sat down. I checked the time now was 15min past my appointment. She greeted with " sorry to have kept you waiting". No you are not,!! I was so annoyed.

Had a blood pressure test appointment. Got there 15 minutes late. Even though I called to inform the surgery I was running late, upon getting there, I was turned away. The reception was extremely poor. I actually felt humiliated.

Popped in this morning for the first time, what lovely staff on reception. Very helpful, under a lot pressure but have me thier full attention.
