I went into the Lordship Lane store and the guys in here were amazingly helpful. Aaron (the store manager) and Seku could not do enough to help. I placed an order in store which was delivered quickly to my home. Really pleased with the experience and would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality tiles as a good price. Thanks guys for your help!

I got my outdoor tiles here. They have all the ones I am interested on display. Aaron and another gentleman (who has a trainee name tag) are very friendly and helpful. There was an unexpected issue with the delivery (not Aaron or his colleagues fault). Aaron went really extra miles to make sure I got the tiles on time for my project. Greatly appreciated. If more tiles needed in future, will come here again!

Recently went to purchase plasterboard on behalf of our decorator for some work in a bathroom. We were sold the wrong product (concrete board) and werent provided with a receipt when purchased. Went back a couple of hours later to return the board and purchase some tiles. The member of staff we purchased the board from initially deferred to his Manager when we asked for a refund. In a very rude and dismissive manner, he told us the product was non refundable and he couldnt do anything without a receipt (despite the fact we were neither told it was non refundable nor provided with a receipt). This experience is a real shame because the rest of the staff at the shop have been extremely friendly and helpful when we have visited previously. New management required urgently. A lost opportunity as well given we are about to conduct a full renovation of our property and we would have previously used the store to purchase 000s worth of goods.
