Toolstation Dulwich

I ordered items for same day collection. Was told in an email that my items were in stock and that I would receive a text message instructing me they were ready to collect that day. No text arrived that day or the following day so I phoned the store but went straight to answerphone telling me the store will be opened again after the weekend despite the website telling me it was currently open.I went to collect anyway and explained to the half asleep young woman that I hadnt received a text and she told me just because it says same day it doesnt necessarily mean same day. She then sent me the text message. Unbelievable. I explained that it had put me a day behind on the job. She just started at me. I said no apology then? Just a blank stare. The worst customer service Ive ever received.

A worker belatedly ignored me because he was on his phone I dont know his name but he wears a hat and glasses and he has a beard

Very slow service, will send you a text to tell you that order is ready to collect and when you get there tell you it's not in stock. Save your time and go to a competent company
