They shorten my life by 5years.
Joining them was one of my biggest life mistakes.
Zero common sense, zero skills.
Sorry I have to say I just find them stupid!
I simply wish them bunkruptcy so they don't put other people through what they put me through!

Today 28 March, this building society, brought out a new easy access account paying 3.20% ...mine is a 90 day notice accounts paying 3.02 %, so for me to have this account I have to wait 90 days , I knew this when I signed for this account, ,what I don't understand , is why they haven't increased mine according, it was always the longer you tired money up the better the interest rates certainly not with this building society... ..very disappointed..
