I commissioned Alex to produce plans for a rear extension on my house. It was important that the plans conformed to planning restrictions as I did not want to go through an appeals process. Alex listened to what I wanted, made some very useful suggestions and produced plans which were submitted to the council. Alex took care of all the paperwork involved while keeping me informed. Once planning permission was granted he dealt with the building regs application with the same promptness and attention to detail. I am very happy with the service he provided and have no hesitation in recommending him.

We used Alex Coleman Associates services to draw up plans for a part double, part single storey extension. They took care of the applications for planning permission and building regulations. Alex produced plans for a side return extension on my house. He was very through, listened to what I wanted, was polite and prompt. He submitted the plans to the council and took care of all the paperwork, liaised with the party wall assessor and my builder. I was very pleased with the work undertaken by Alex and recommended him to my neighbour. Thank you Alex.
