Lovely retirement home. Gardens are maintained beautifully and inside communal areas are kept clean, tidy and comforting. Sadly the Management are hardly ever available and appear to do very little to support residents living here. When a circumstance that requires immediate action is basically ignored for over a month, it's completely unacceptable. My Grandfather has had to suffer with the aftermath of a substantial leak in his bathroom from the apartment above him, leaving him with an abhorrent smell in his bathroom, damaged ceiling and carpets. Little to nothing has been done to help repair this damage and he is continually fobbed off and left to tolerate it. This situation is made worse by the very recent loss of my Grandmother, causing even more stress and duress in the situation. Management need to be more proactive.
