G West Plumbing and Heating

Came out and did a service as requested on my boiler. There was a spare part which needed fitting. He said he would come back and fit for no charge. I could not pay his invoice as his account details did not match his name. Emailed him twice and texted him for his payment details. No reply. He then phoned me a month later asking why I had not paid and that he would now charge to come back and fit the part as I was late paying. Best to avoid and go with someone who can respond to communication and does what they say.

This is a busy time of year for plumbers. I count myself so lucky he got to me the next morning. My energy supplier OVO, came to fit a new smart meter for my tenant, and then turned the gas off because he mistakenly assumed the old ventaxia grill that had been filled with insulation was the balance flue. There was a ladder on site but decided it was beyond his job description to go in the loft to check. With all the confusion that ensued the couple with 2 young children and a grandmother had no heating or hot water for nearly 3 days during the coldest snap in 10 years. I Thank the heavens for the quick response and competent service of G.West plumbing and heating. Ps there is no relation here it was serendipity. Another firm that has helped restore my faith in humanity.
