Karen is incredible. We have used her over several years now for our mortgages and most recently she has gone above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal during this uncertain financial period. Constantly checking the rates with our bank and getting new, better deals for us. She has ensured that we got the best rate possible even though interest rates are at an all time high. She is so friendly and approachable too. She makes sure she uses language that we can understand and doesn't blind us with mortgage jargon!! We have received the most incredible care with Envision. Karen has the patience of a saint. Our new build property took over a year and a half to complete due to constant delays. I think we had to renew our mortgage offer at least 2 times within this period. Which Karen always took the time to find us the best option/deal, and at the last minute managed to get us another offer which was 2% less a few days before we completed! As first time buyers we found it very stressful, Karen always put our minds at ease! We would highly recommend Envision, always keeping in contact by offering professional and friendly advise when needed. Karen Guler from Envision Financial Solutions found a really great deal for us when we were looking for a 're-mortgage'. Our circumstances were a little unusual and she really spent a lot of time and patience contacting, and speaking with, several different mortgage Companies until she found exactly the one that best suited our needs. If she hadn't taken the time to do that then it would have been a case of "computer say No!" because we simply wouldn't have fitted neatly into the little boxes that mortgage companies prefer.
