I contacted Computer Help4u by email asking them to call me as I required help. Malcolm contacted me promptly and was extremely helpful. I am a senior citizen and not very computer literate. This was no handicap as he explained clearly and concisely what he was doing with my computer, remotely. Wonderful. Everything works amazingly well and worth every penny of what I consider to be very fair charges.

Saw the advert for Computer Help 4U in my local parish magazine and was so glad I phoned them, following a problem Id had after losing the services of my previous IT guy. Malcom advised & organised everything I needed for new computer, didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, as just simple domestic set up required, which Ive been very happy with. He returns for annual updates, security etc, always arrives on time, and is very reliable, friendly & helpful. If I have any issues, he is happy to help, always promptly.

Malcolm has helped us when purchasing our last two computers. His expertise and help proved invaluable as our knowledge of computers is almost non-existent. He was brilliant with set up and helped us negotiate all the different programmes on the computer. After care and service has always been excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending him to friends.

We have known Malcolm Hegarty of Computer Help 4U for over 7 years. In that time he has always been very helpful dealing with our computers, iPad, phones and internet. Malcolm is reliable, friendly, helpful and reasonable priced. He has always managed to sort out the problems for us. He is a good teacher when I have wanted to learn new skills. I think Malcolm looks after his customers very well and it is reassuring to know that we can call him any time when we have a problem.
