The lady at the reception was terribly sneezing and coughing and same time she was taking order and collecting food from kitchen for the customers. I was bit concerned about safety and hygiene of the food and while I was waiting for the collection of my food. I kindly requested the lady if she could wear a mask, instead she was ignorant and unresponsive. Rather, she walked into the kitchen, stood next to the chef and was constantly sneezing. She was adamant and impolite. I was absolutely shocked and gutted by the behaviour of the lady and now Im very much concerned about the hygiene standards of the staffs in here.
