North Pole Road Post Office

Handy little post office counter. Not great that it was moved from its previous store to where it is now. However, woman working there is always helpful and really friendly.

The lady in this post office i think her name is Collette, does a fantastic job.She is always helpful and nothing is too much trouble.Working single handedly especially at this time of the year is tough but she does it admirably....she is a credit to the post office. I just wish all counter clerks were like her.

The woman is always on the phone doesnt care about the job at all something needs to be done having a full blown convo with family members us as customers dont need to here stay at home and let someone that needs a job do it. Been in there a number of times and for items I send off for 8.95 in other post offices she tells me its 33 quid and that she cant take parcels as parcelforce have been so I have to go elsewhere, never have problems anywhere else they hold onto them till the next collect only at this post office theres always problems and so rude about it also
