        Went to collect a prescription this morning on my way to work at the opening time of 9am and found the staff waiting outside in the cold and defending complaints from disgruntled customers as the manager/pharmacist was not there to open up. This pharmacy has always (in the past) served the community brilliantly with a care for the people it serves. The manager still hadnt turned up by 9.15am. Poor show. Please treat this pharmacy and the lovely people who work there with the respect it deserves and get to work on time.
