Absolute sham and waste of time of a company. How can you conduct Business via WhatsApp calls or webchat only? I was provided with credit hire from this company via an intermediary broker in 2016, claim was fully settled and they made approx 10k in car hire for a Prius and now they have the cheek to tell me I owe them 35?! Even at the end of the hire they wanted me to falsify my statement as to why i needed a hire car and could not cover the cost of rental myself, fortunately i have this call recorded and saved and will be using this as evidence. I have hardly been able to speak to someone as they are all based abroad, and staff have no professional etiquette at all. They even had the nerve to offer me a referral fee to introduce clients to them, this practice is not allowed and is illegal. There is no mention on their website who they are regulated by, but after a lot of digging around, I have found their governing body and will be raising a complaint. I'm sure they will reply to this review and state they are unable to find my details on thier system or state maybe i have used a competitor with a similar name as this seems to be their standard reply. At all costs do yourselves a favour and avoid using this company or just go through your own insurance company as in the long run this will cause you a lot of headache and stress. If you look into the positive reviews, they are all fabricated as they are done by people based in Pakistan as well as Companies based at the same Business trading address in the UK, all the positive reviews are for the same group of companies, an absolute joke.
