Westbrick and Co

Westbrick have let and managed my small portfolio of properties over the last few months. Have handled everything very professionally and been with me every step of the way. Very happy with them, can highly recommend!!!

Tried for a week to schedule an appointment for a viewing. Every time I called the answer was "how about tomorrow?". Tomorrow came, and again "how about tomorrow?". This went on several times until finally they scheduled something. I drove in from outside of London, but got caught in queues behind a motorway accident. I called in advance to explain the situation and that I would be ten minutes late (the traffic delayed me about 40 minutes but had planned to arrive about half an hour early) at which point the agent told me "no I don't care, you have to be exactly on time, I'm really annoyed" and hung up. Very rude. No sense of providing a good service. Don't bother dealing with them.

After all the horror stories you hear about estate agents I was very worried about giving my properties to one, however I could no longer manage them myself so I decided to contact Westbrick. All I can say is my opinion has totally changed, Westbrick offered a very professional, effective and highly personalised service they have managed my properties for 9 month now and have done a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys.
