        The most useless "care provider" in the NHS, I quote it because they have no medical specialist in there and barely see any patient. 111 is not aware this is by booked appointment only so you get sent to be left outside the building with no care at all. This place needs to be closed to stop bleeding money for nothing. USELESS

        The receptionist and Nurse were brilliant and very kind. The waiting was not longer 5 minutes. Dr Kwenin was very knowledgeable and very kinD. Brilliant experience
