Boxman is such a great concept - especially for Londoners! Really great service. They are also very quick at replying and Jenny is always helpful!

Company went into liquidation on the day of our pick up and nobody at the company had the prudent or professional courtesy to inform us. We waited all day and nobody came. No one answered our calls. We had a flight 48 hours later to be overseas for a year, hence the storage. In the eleventh hour we were asking friends if they had any nooks or crannies to stash some belongings - but let's face it, this is London, rents are expensive and people are transient. We ended having to cull half of our books which were both valuable financially and sentimentally. We already had a contract with the company so we're obviously worried about our existing belongings in storage...finally they got back to us to tell us they had given them over to another company due to their business going into administration due to poor business acumen. Terrible experience and they still seem to have their website and social media platforms up and running. What a sham. Also, I'll add to this that many of the people who have left 5 star feed back, such as myself, after an initial good dealing, were given a 25 storage discount for their 5 star rating. Check out the angry comments on their twitter page where they implore all of their clients to 'pm' (private message) them with their grievances.
