They pretend to be nice and helpful so had property advertised property sale with them and it wasn't getting much interest. Then a month later had someone knock on my door telling me that they had been trying to view the property and called these frauds many times but not only they rarely answer, but they told him that the property was already on offer, but I hadn't received any offers and kept being told not viewings! I changed agent immediately and sold within 3 weeks! I don't know why they do this, but probably to lead the sellers on until they get a buyer to offer the agent some incentives before they present offer to the seller. And look at their reviews - the majority fake and they attack any reviewers pretending they don't know who are they and report them. AVOID at all costs because they will lead you on for months and if you see the other properties they have on sale, they have been unsold for a very long time.

Fake reviews by same people on every other platform BE AWARE! A bunch of uneducated cowboys robbing tenants. Very unprofessional and exaggerated fees reaching up to +300 pound sterling. They ask you to pay their fees before doing anything else. They better comply with the new tenant act coming into effect on the 1st June19. (banning all agency fees taken from tenants) . Otherwise, I'll be the first person to report this crooked business.
