Discount Store & Locksmiths London

Discount store is a Perfect place to buy house equipments with very reasonable price, it is very small shop, however it is loaded with tons of items.. i like to go there and buy new things that i never thought about.. for example wires, tools, plates and everything ... etc. The owner is so friendly and provide immediate help when required. Prices are cheap and they accept cash and credit card.

I found it confusing to understand from outside that the window was part of the shop. Asked if they knew if the shop next door was open as the small shutter was down and the man said next door is the pharmacy in what I felt was rude and patronising. I had to go back outside and it took me a few moments to understand that it was actually the same shop. Im not from the area and had never seen the shop before, plus I was already having a difficult day as a member of my family was having a course of chemo today and it has been hard in them. I patiently waited outside until the man finished with the customer before me. I then apologised and said sorry, I have never been here before. Didnt know it was this shop the man then said something like its not our fault if you cant work it out He cut my keys, they should be fine. But the poor service and lack of kindness left me feeling teary and sad -which I was already due to my family situation, just that I felt worse that I was already feeling- While cutting my key, he was a touch more human. I guess it wasnt that bad but I was having a really bad day and my experience in this shop didnt help Service: Building lockouts
