        The staff are wonderful the food is so great . Good coffee but the manager there is simply amazing! Always smiling. With the best best customer service Ive seen.

        Pretty poorly run store in White City. Staff seem unmotivated and always seem to close the store as early as 1:30pm - but usually around 2:30pm which is way before close time. They say they have run out of food when quite clearly they have just started to close the store early and then laugh between themselves when the customers leave. Disappointing - as rather like the food chain. Has happened multiple times and a lot of customers get turned away.
