I took in 2 new (tags on) quite expensive dresses to be altered. I showed them what the issue was, that there was some gaping in the chest area, and asked that they insert a clasp or clip to solve the problem. I went to pick up my dresses and the tailor did not use clips but put in buttons. He cut holes for the buttons in my dress, did not overlock the holes, and put the buttons on the wrong side.
