They are shockingly bad!! They took off the broken zip and they either cut it in half or they used a replacement zip half the size so I cannot get the jumpsuit on. I'm pretty sure they cut it in half as the zip looks the same. They say they can do things that they cannot and ruined 3 items of my friends clothing as well. Im extremely angry- do not use them. They literally took the broken zip, cut it in half and sewed up the jumpsuit where the rest of the zip was - so I cant get in. Total scammers. I said I couldn't come back to the shop as I don't live in the area but I would send photos and was met with a barrage of excuses. Service: Alterations

Worst shoe service Ive ever had. I put in my shoes for cleaning, theyre brown. For some, un-understandable reason they put black paste on the front. Looked like I had burned my shoes by standing too close to a fire. I just cant understand why they put black polish on brown shoes I had to go to a professional who, when he saw the shoes, was asking me what happened dont dont dont go for shoes.
