The Westway Surgery

I have been trying booking an appointment for over a month, and they always tell me to call back another day because they fully booked. I call back another day and they repeat me the same thing. Basically I never seen my doctor and I got so bad I was sent to hospital for the problems I was experiencing. Orribile service, I would not recommend this surgery.

I wish I could put no stars. On the phone when I booked my appointment they told me to turn up 10 minutes before my appointment. Im currently sitting in here waiting for 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This is honestly so ridiculous. If this is the state of the NHS GP surgeries at the moment its disgusting.

My nan was suffering with her legs and had made an appointment she was 10 minutes late as she has to keep stopping because of her legs . So they cancelled on her. Now she has to go hospital.

Terrible service!!!! Made me come into the surgery for my sons vaccinations that were scheduled at the beginning of the month well in advance, came in today only to be told one of the vaccines is not available and for me to reschedule. Surely you wouldve known prior to me coming so wheres the decency to contact me beforehand so I dont bring my son out in the cold? No concern for childrens safety and keeping them warm, made me waste my time coming in for no reason in the cold. Have registered with a new doctors surgery as I cannot take the incompetence or lack of decency.
