ABM Building Services Ltd

We approached ABM Building Services for extending and redesigning our current dwelling. In our first meeting they outlined the services they offer and provided a clear breakdown of associated costs in a professional manner. In the initial stage, ABM worked with us on putting together plans and their creative design solution has been excellent. We went through a number of iterations on the design with ABM patiently explaining pros and cons of each design update. We had firm ideas on what we wanted but a lot of constructive inputs kept coming in from ABM which made a lot of sense. Thereafter, ABM has been very professional in keeping us updated at every step of the process thus far. Clinton and Brandon, from ABM, are friendly and have been approachable at all times. We used ABM to complete a loft conversation for us with an expanding family. From start to finish all information was clearly detailed, explained and discussed. The guys doing the loft were friendly, helpful and the most important part, they were very good at their jobs! ABM took our project from the initial brief through drawing and planning stages to the finished two storey extension. They also advised on minor remodelling of the interior to make the space more usable. We now have a beautiful space which we love. Throughout the project they have communicated well and kept to their original quotes. They have a great team of people working for them who were always friendly and helpful. Rear open plan kitchen extension We engaged with ABM in the summer about our rear extension. We had a clear idea in our minds about what we wanted to do but after meeting Clinton he was able to quickly come up with a number of different designs. Our idea of converting a garage in to a play room with a small kitchen extension was replaced with a huge family kitchen dinner with bifold doors leading on to our garden. Clintons design enabled us to have far more than what we thought was possible. As with every build there are hurdles to over come. We had some issues with our drains which Clinton and Brandon navigated for us. With this being a rear extension and the back off my house being removed mid winter I was concerned about the house being liveable but the ABM team did everything possible to make my partner and 2 year old comfortable. From lending us heaters, temporally insulating walls and letting us know what days the work would be the most distributive so we could make other arrangements. The process was made much more enjoyable by the tradesman ABM have working for them. Always on time, extremely polite and took the time to answer my endless amounts of questions. Brandon over saw the project from start to finish. His professionalism and management of the build far out weighed anything I could imagine. Always replied to emails and called me back if he wasnt in the office. He kept me updated on all aspects of the build.
