Me and a friend arranged a play date here today with our children! At the door I was bluntly asked if I had a face covering To which I politely informed them that I am exempt from wear a face covering due to personal health issues! I was then told that I had to prove I am exempt or I would be refused entry! no one with an exemption has to prove or show proof of an exemption! This is a personal choice! As stated on the gov.com website. As I had 3 young children with me who were becoming distressed I found a picture of an exemption card online and showed the lady on the front desk, I was then granted entry after 30 minutes, which was taken away from the childs play time! While inside the lady continued to make me my friend and our children feel uncomfortable. I do hope you have a think about your actions and how it could have be very upsetting/distressful for a person with health issues or a disability! I was left very upset with the whole situation!

Place was a bit hard to find and even had to ask for directions on the farm shop. The soft play area is not too exciting for babies as there is no variety of toys, and baby was more interested in the cafe tables than in the soft area itself However the toddlers were having great fun! Personally I prefer the CJs cafe for prewalkers
