They sold me a car with mileage discrepancy and told me it was HPI clear. I only found this out when i went to another dealer who pulled out the HPI report. Overpriced cars with a historic background that they dont make you aware of. Also as a response to your answers, firstly the car was bought in nov 2021 not august 2021. I have a receipt for this. secondly the car mileage discrepancy was between year 2014/15 so either you lied to me about this or did not conduct your checks on the cars history properly and sold the car at a premium price i managed to find this all out after a year when i tried to Px the car wirh another dealer who made me aware of this and not yourself at the time of purchasing this vehicle from yourself which clearly suggests you guys are not professional. Furthermore, i managed to find this out literally a week ago and seeing as it was purchased a year ago i dont think you guys would have even bothered to have done the checks because clearly you guys didnt manage to tell me the truth about the car in the first place. As you are a dealership i trusted in thinking i would be getting a car with no historic issues and i have all evidence to suggest the mileage issues and i believe it could have also been done through autotrader which is where i saw the car advertised so either you were negligent in carrying out the car checks or lied to me.

I visited A1 Vehicle Sales to look at purchasing a used car for my mom. The initial telephone call with the team was great. I spoke with Bryan, he gave me all the info I needed on the car and offered for me to come down and take a look. The showroom, is nice and clean. Taking a look at the car, I was left to have a look around as I wanted. There was no pressure or salesman tactics. Just a nice relaxed viewing of the car. The car I was looking was in great condition and exactly what I was looking for. You get a few months warranty also. They made buying a used car feel easy, not rushed and pressure free.

Highly recommended. There was a slight fault with my car and this was sorted free of charge by Brian in quick time. Very helpful and stress free process overall from the whole A1 team.
