Honestly, the best customer service I have ever recieved either online or in-person. Having started a new job, I was on the prowl for a headset suitable for the new phone system. I thought I found the right connector, and ordered it. Within an hour, I got a phonecall from the store. The chap thanked my for my custom, but explained the connector I ordered was a bit of an older one and wanted to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. It turns out I had, and so he was able to ship the correct one instead - and covered the price difference. He also offered his phone number in case I needed help setting it up with the new phone system when it arrived. Honestly was a little gobsmacked over how unexpectedly kind and helpful he was. Oh, and the connector I got was perfect and reasonably priced, and shipped very quickly.

Awesome prompt customer service when enquiring about the best headset to support Microsoft Teams. I believe the order took 2 hours to ship. Competitive pricing. Thoroughly recommend.

Outstanding customer service and product quality. We purchased some headsets last year but recently struggled to hear out of my earpiece. I spoke with Gordon and he was nothing but helpful in getting the headset back to him to investigate. It arrived with them today, already repaired and will be back with me tomorrow. They certainly get the 5 stars they deserve!
