    Avoid at all costs!!! I was contacted by this company following a completely non fault accident, they were informed from the beginning that I would need to be placed in a hire vehicle while my car was being repaired. A week before my car was due to be repaired they contacted me to arrange this, they then called 48 hours later to inform me that they were unable to arrange the hire and I should contact the third party insurer directly to arrange it(something I had been told not to do in the first place). I was so fed up of their management of the claim by this point, I made arrangements with the third party insurer and the repairer to go directly. It also materialised that I was apparently already 'in hire'. The third party insurer were brilliant, I now have my car back as promised, in the timescale advised. I am sure I will get a reply to this saying I am not there customer and they have no record of the claim, I have the messages and letters to prove otherwise.
