Doesn't work for people in certain areas??...poor telephone communication obviously judges people by the postcode....I've updated my review from 1 star as I do think without actually using this guys service it was unfair... however maybe if you'd have gave me a reason why you refuse trade not on your doorstep(even though it says covers West Midlands and Warwickshire and I'm 15mins away which is bizarre??) rather than just saying you don't cover my area and sounding abrupt
