I would be very careful in using this company after a day of hell ! Delivery was only 5hrs late after being asked for a 9am delivery, then only to find not all the items arrived with no apology or explanation. As for customer service will there is no help at all, and they wont ring you back. They cant track the driver as to the whereabouts or give a time for delivery. If I could post a minus star I soo would.

Ordered a rain harvesting tank for a new build property, unfortunately after fitting the tank the pump supplied was missing a crucial part, so the system does not work... I have just sent a 10th email to Matt White, who is the Managing Director...He has been tying to source a replacement pump since the 19th January, even though my electrician can pick one up tomorrow from the wholesaler... Due to this incompetence of this company, we will have to rip up a patio and rewire a replacement pump as this organisation has stopped replying to my emails... Last email I received from Mr White was on the 14th Feb as follows... Morning Richard, Pump into us this week - Pump will be despatched on TNT direct to you. Thanks Matt Three emails since, and no reply... ------UPDATE------- Following this review, I received the following email from Mr Matt White on the 11th March... "Refund on pump cost with you Monday"... As expected, no contact or refund forthcoming.... Reply from Mr White on the 15th Feb... Yes thats correct as we have not sent it yet as we have not done a payment run. -------Still no refund, avoid this company------'
