It was a pleasure working with Paradigm on our recent office refurbishment. Paul and Jim advised us throughout the planning stages. They understood our needs as a business and provided us with lots of product samples so we were happy with the high quality of all our dcor and furniture choices. The onsite contractors were professional and regularly updated us on the progress being made. Covid-19 restrictions came in just as the work started but the project ran smoothly and was completed to a high standard while complying with social distancing measures.

Paradigm delivered a fantastic service from design concept stage through to construction and fit out. Excellent project management throughout, excellent products, on time delivery and at a very competitive price. Wilkes have been dealing with Paradigm Office Interiors for many years, on multiple projects throughout our firms development and growth. Richard Thomas and the team at Paradigm offer a full end-to-end service and cover all the bases when it comes to providing a seamless customer experience. Richard was more than happy to send us multiple samples, be available on-site as and when we needed him to be and was always on hand to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Due to the nature of our new office space we required a number of custom items to be created. We were provided floor plans, technical drawings and a detailed quote explaining everything clearly.
