Really happy with service I recieved from Sam, always available to help me with the solicitors. At the last minute before exchange I was required to sign a document with it being so close to an exchange, Sam attended my property at 9.30pm that evening to obtain my signature and sent it back to my solicitor the next morning. honestly without Sam doing this for me we would not have exchanged and I would not be in my new home now. so I can't thank her enough. Without her being available at all times she always reassured me and kept me calm. Thank you Sam. You're really a superstar !

We would like to say a big thankyou to the team at Bairstow Eves - Coleshill. From the beginning to the end of the house purchase process, Sam was absolutely fantastic. Sam was always willing to go the extra mile to help and support us to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Towards the end, we faced some unforeseen circumstances with solicitors both Sam and David were fantastic in ensuring that everything was completed in time order, and without them the purchase wouldn't have been completed when planned. Used Bairstow eves for our sale in 2019 and all went swimmingly so seemed the obvious choice when Dad decided to sell... From the initial call to arrange a valuation carried out by Karen, the follow up visit by David to answer a few question for Dad, the professional photographer who took the perfect pictures, Sam who undertook to attend all of the viewings and always informed us of who would be visiting and when and shared any feedback provided by prospective buyers, not forgetting the odd visit to the office to get papers signed and sent of to solicitors etc all the way through to the accepted offer, the sale and COMPLETION!!! Communication by the whole team at Bairstow Eves Coleshill is superb, second to none They answered every question and advised us professionally and sympathetically on every occasion. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending David and the team at Bairstow Eves Coleshill and should we ever need an estate agent again they would be our first port of call Sally & Alan
