I needed an urgent parcel picking up from Birmingham before 4:45pm and delivered to London the same day. I called Eurosprint up around 2pm, with very vague information. Lee started the ball rolling organising a van, even though I didn't have a full pickup or drop off address. When the parcel was picked up the manufacture had put the incorrect delivery address, Lee checked with me which address was right. When their driver got to site in London, security refused the parcel. Eurosprint contacted me and the driver waited around until my customer arranged for security to take the parcel.
