Contacted them about issues with bt told they could implement sooner and gave nothing but lies! order placed on 30/1/2023 and told maximum 10 days. Recieved email today saying 20/2/2023! not within 10 days as lied to. Dont trust these will just lie to obtain a sale!

Poor support business phone lines down was aware of issues a week ago no way to contact them weekends or evening more interested in leaving 10 minutes early on a Friday then help. Very unhappy with service

I have worked with Birmingham Telcom and in particular, Andrew Vaughan and Dan Bailey for the past 4 years on various projects across the UK. I can't speak more highly about their professionalism and standard of work.
