They don't replace like for like vehicles. I own an E Class Mercedes and was involved in non fault RTC. They sent a C Class to me which is not comfortable because I am 6 foot2. Nothing like an E Class

AWFUL COMPANY - DO NOT FALL FOR IT Like other legit reviews, if 0 stars were possible that is what I would give. They contacted me whilst I was still on the side of the road after I was involved in a serious accident that wasnt my fault. They pretended to be calling on behalf of the at fault parties insurer, they had all of the details from my accident including my personal information and the information of the at fault party. I was still in shock and being treated by a paramedic at the scene and had no reason to disbelieve what they were saying. It was only yesterday when the at fault parties insurance company actually contacted me and told me that AX were nothing to do with them and they had not asked them to contact me or handle the claim did I then look into this and realise that they had lied and taken advantage of me whilst I was vulnerable. A disgraceful company, how this is legal I do not even know. Complete scammers who dont answer emails, lie, dont answer the phone and take advantage of vulnerable people. They are out to get your money, AVOID AVOID AVOID and REPORT!
